  1. Open your browser and write down the application address or click here and login with your root name, username and password;
  2. When the application is open, click on “Need assistance?” that is located in the rights side at the top of the page;
  3. Here you have two options: first one you can see the FAQ from knowledgebase and find the answer to your issue or the second option – to submit a ticket;

4. If you choose the second option then you have to click on “Submit a ticket” and complete the form.

5. After submitting the form, our team will analyse it and find the best solution to your problem.
